Why yogurt bark?
Yogurt contains many valuable nutrients such as probiotics for promoting gut health and calcium for bone support. It’s so easy and quick to prepare. A healthy treat for when your tummy isn’t feeling settled. PLUS I think the best part is breaking the bark into pieces! Get that frustration out!
I love this treat especially as it begins to melt a little bit. As it melts it gets soooo creamy. You know, just like a bowl of ice-cream after it starts to slightly melt. YUM!!

What you need to prepare frozen yogurt bark
Greek yogurt: I use either 2% or whole milk Chobani or any good quality Greek yogurt. The higher the fat content, the creamier the bark will turn out.
Honey: A good quality honey works the best with this treat. I prefer using a honey that is milder in flavor. A milder honey will not overshadow the other ingredients.
Add-ins: You can add in anything from your favorite berries, nuts to chocolate chips or granola.
Vanilla extract: Just a pinch will do ya!
Sea salt: A dash of sea salt is all you need to enhance the other flavor flaves.
