A mixed berry crumble for one! This is dessert is A mixed berry crumble for one! This is dessert is particularly yummy when you’re a single dude searching for his forever husband! I mean, ok, it’s my thought process that when you make one serving, you won’t be tempted to eat a whole batch because the date you went on bombed. 🤣🤣 💣 Mixed Berry Crumble For One Ingredients FILLING 1 cup mixed berries (frozen is best) 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon corn starch Dash of salt CRUMBLE 1 1/2 tablespoons flour 1 1/2 tablespoons rolled oats 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons butter, chilled and cubed INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. In a small bowl, mix together all the berry filling ingredients. Set aside. 3. Add all the flour, rolled oats and brown sugar to another small bowl and mix well. Add the cubes butter, pinch the butter into the dry ingredients until you get lots of big and little crumbs. 4. Pour your berry mixture into a single serve, oven safe dish. 5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the mixed berries and bake for 35-40 minutes. 6. Cool for a few minutes and top with your favorite ice cream.
