How to make a Dalgona Matcha Iced Latte
Matcha: is the star of the show. The celebrity more and more people are drinking everyday. I use organic Matcha tea, and it can be found in most super markets.
Coconut milk: A smooth and creamy coconut milk from Califia Farms is perfection for this iced latte. It’s unsweetened, deeply creamy and intensely smooth.
Sugar: You can use either granulated sugar or coconut sugar. It’s recommended to use a fine grain sugar, but coconut sugar will work too.
Aquafaba: Say, what? Drain that can of chickpeas and use the liquid to create a meringue. That’s what I did for this Dalgona. Whip the liquid, add the sugar and you will eventually get a stiff peak meringue.Print
