Avocado is that one FRUIT, yes it’s a fruit, that you wouldn’t typically associate as being the main ingredient in a dessert mousse. But wow! SO GOOD!
Choosing to eat healthier in today’s world can be so complicated. And not easy! So, why not attempt to uncomplicate things by preparing meals that involve few ingredients and no artificial flavors.
