- Firm bananas – however many your recipe calls for.
- Place 3-4 bananas in a microwave-safe bowl. I prefer to use a glass bowl because there is more visual access. Microwave in 30-second increments until you reach the desired softness. - Preheat your oven to 425°F. Place 3-4 bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Check every 10 minutes until you reach the desired consistency. The bananas should be very mushy and wet when you press them with a fork.
